IDF's 146th Division Claims Major Victories Against Hezbollah in Southern Lebanon

In a significant escalation of operations in southern Lebanon, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that its reserve formation, the 146th Division, has successfully eliminated over 100 Hezbollah operatives in the past week. This surge in military activity is part of the IDF's ongoing efforts to secure the area and neutralize threats from the militant group.

The 146th Division has been actively engaged along the coastline, marking the western boundary of the IDF's advance. Footage from the operations reveals challenging terrain characterized by dense vegetation on the hills, underscoring the difficult conditions under which the division operates.

In addition to its combat successes, the division has uncovered a network of military infrastructure, including dozens of tunnels, bunkers, and strategic fighting positions used by Hezbollah. The IDF has also reported the destruction of over 50 rocket launchers and approximately 60 command centers, significantly disrupting Hezbollah's operational capabilities.

The 146th Division comprises brigade combat teams from the 2nd, 205th, 300th, and 646th Brigades, working in concert to execute their mission effectively. As the situation develops, further updates will be available.
